1. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is based on the cancellation terms of the service provider and the nature of the booking:

Hotel & Transport Bookings: Refunds depend on the cancellation policy of the hotel or transport provider. Some bookings may be non-refundable. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Corporate & Group Bookings:

  • Individual Corporate Bookings: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival date.
  • Group Bookings: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 28 days before the arrival date.

Flight Disruption Services: Due to the last-minute nature of these bookings, cancellations and refunds may not be possible once accommodation or transport has been arranged.

Processing Fees: Any applicable transaction fees are non-refundable.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

As a travel service provider, we do not ship physical goods. However, our service fulfilment process includes:

Hotel & Transport Confirmations: Sent via email or SMS upon successful booking.

Electronic Travel Documents: E-tickets, vouchers, and confirmations are provided digitally and must be presented upon check-in or service use.

Processing Time: Most bookings are confirmed instantly, but some may take up to 24 hours depending on availability.

3. Return Policy

Due to the nature of travel services, returns do not apply. However, if you experience an issue with your booking, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a resolution.
